 This notice was on my Nextdoor site today..

There is a flasher driving around in a light coloured car in the area. An elderly neighbour had a car pull up next to her and he exposed himself. This was around 11.20 this morning.

Someone replied : 
Was that 11.20 inches or centimetres ?. It makes quite a difference.

Another reply asked:
Do we have a description.?
Reply:
He was about 6.5 inches with the right one slightly lower than the left.

I believe that's considered to be the usual norm.  Something to do with the right kidney being lower than the left due to the presence of the liver.

Perhaps there are certain exercises that men (and trannies?) can do to even them up a little.

Your nextdoor is more interesting than here. That's full of missing parcels and lost cats.

We get our share of lost dogs/cats and parcels..
And we get loads of 'Is this your cat that comes to me everyday to be fed'..?
'Saw a dog in the park off the lead.. Shall I phone the RSCA' ?

In the better weather we get quite a few dumped bike seen at.....

Its mainly missing cats, nicked cars, dog poo, and parcels going to wrong addresses on ours.

I'm not busy tomorrow so I shall stroll around and see if I come across him..

And carry a tape measure, ruler or vernier gauge.  Accuracy may be required to make sure it's the same fella.
