The lawyers can't bring cases that the illegal immigrants don't want them to bring, they bring cases that the illegal immigrants authorise them to bring.

To me the most disturbing factor is the complaints about being searched.

If these cases are successful & the stupid courts deem these searches to be illegal, the illegal immigrants will be able to bring anything into the UK.

Yet when you arrive back from Benidorm your luggage can be searched & you can't complain or get £20,000 compensation.

I thought that they routinely throw them into the sea as soon as the taxis arrive, along with passports etc., because their nations of origin cannot then be proved and they can claim whatever gives them the best chance of being accepted.

Just on the news now, Labour are claiming that they will process them all immediately, accepting the genuine and rejecting the others.  They don't, of course, explain how they will do that.  Just another attempt at convincing people to vote them in next year.

If the government lets them get away with this then there is something radically wrong with our legal system.

The 'System' allows for 'Statute Laws' to be pursued if a 'tort' (a civil wrong that causes a claimant to suffer loss or harm) is considered to exist. Very often the claims are made at a level (£20k) where the defendant (HM~Gov) considers it cheaper to cough up, rather than;

1) Pay extra in court costs etc to defend, and

2) Perhaps more importantly lose (lefty Judge) and establish an 'open sesame' Precedent (Amid Akbah v's Crown 2023) etc etc.

I would imagine this case, no doubt arising in Islington, Camden Town or Archway is being prosecuted under Article 14 of 'The Human Rights Act 1998' - an horrific charter 'sprung' of course by Cherie Blair influenced legislation.

It will never get reviewed and will probably be added to exponentially in the coming 10 years of 'Labour' rule in the UK.

Logically, as they were all in France before they invaded the UK, the only true answer to whether they were in danger before they came to the UK must be "no".

The remaining problem is how to get them to admit to the country of their origin.  We need to know where to deport them.

Absolutely disgusting.  This shows quite clearly what Starmer the PM would do to encourage illegal immigration, and probably many other criminal activities too.

This should be published in all national newspapers, just to show the people of this country what some of them are intending to vote for.
