Vegan !!!

No, no no..
I eat meat .. butter and eggs..  A few months ago I was served with ice cream that was vegan..  Swedish Glace  Vanilla ...  Absolutely scrumptious ..
 Give it a try..  You might be surprised.

I tried to go vegan once, it was hell, my tummy was always growling and I felt weak n wobbly. I tried to eat more fruit when hungry but all that did was upset my tummy and I had to keep running to the toilet, PLUS, I got very grumpy and even the dog was tiptoeing around me.

It makes good moral sense but unfortunately not good biological sense. We are omnivores not herbivores.

absolutely, we are omnivores! - and there have been at least a couple of instances, one in the UK, one in Australia, were small children had to be rescued from vegan parents who were actually endangering the kiddies lives with their rubbish. There was an article by a prominent pediatric consultant identifying the gross shortage on essential nutrients in a vegan diet when fed to children.

I'm pretty sure you could get an adequate diet as a vegan but you'd need to be a dietician to know or maybe take supplements.

the consultant said that an adult, with fully formed bones etc., could get by, but not a child
