Me too, a few hours in bed with a lemon, ginger and honey drink. I was feeling a bit rough.
This morning is better, I wonder if you can develop. Hayfever at this age ?

I have had very bad hay fever these last couple of weeks.. I think the pollen count has been very high..
 I am not a sun person..

Morning, Cooler and dark clouds here today, I'm really tired this morning, have been all Weekend 😞 Don't think I should have done 40 lengths of the pool now I'm knackered. Dunc says drop back to 30 but I was so chuffed I'm back doing the 40, feel like I'm failing myself.

Been to a hospital appt. this morning about these dizzy turns.
Not a lot of help,  so he is going to refer me urgently to a different ENT team at another hospital.

Dexa scan tomorrow to see how my old bones are doing.

This afternoon I got a new Rose planted which I had sent for, and fiddled about re-potting some young Agapanthus  which weren't doing as well as they should.

It's just starting to rain tonight.
