Hope you get those dizzy turns sorted Mups. I remember how bad I got a few weeks after my op last November, I was soooooo sick n dizzy it was terrible, I was staggering around like a drunk.
Turned out it was one of my Meds "Digoxen" took them weeks to find out what was causing it. Just wondering if your on any Meds that are not agreeing with you. Worth a thought maybe.
