Yes vitamin B12, every three months.  I was diagnosed with pernicious anaemia, which has led to some neuropathy in my feet.  Not painful fortunately.

Did a shift in the charity shop. Had lunch, dropped off, luckily woke up again. 😉 Just had coffee and a piece of cake.  🍰
