The pool in our local leisure centred reopened yesterday. The water was cold.

It didn't rain. At least not yet. The weeds aren't wilting though.

I sprayed the weeds with bleach. They are wilting now.

I sat down on the sofa with a cup of tea.. I fell asleep..

Has anyone else noticed that the timer on a washing machine goes slower than the time on the kitchen clock.. ?

Must admit I've never sat watching the washing machine timer, must put that on my 'things to do' list

Sour dough bread doesn't toast very well I find, unless you toast it twice
