I forgot last night until I was in bed. I've been disappointed so many times down here that I didn't get back up. I should have just looked out og the bedroom window but it faces west so may well not have proved anything.

Flew up to Newcastle Tuesday to see friends cheaper and faster than train, got into a might argument with a guy who said I was sitting in his seat which went on for ages, he then said in a very loud voice, ' ok, you fly the bloody plane  then!"
People are so touchy these days

I have just had a thought not an original thought of course, I am not that clever, but, no matter how stupid I feel I try to remember that Liitle Red Riding Hood couldn't figure out that  a talking wolf dressed in drag was not her gran.
I have just finished it, and except for that it was really exciting.

Get in your car drive and park someplace dark away from the town lights. Check through your phones camera lens as it will pick it up when you will see nothing. When I'm in Perth I don't see it unless I drive a couple of miles to the big park and sit there".

Thanks for that Raven,  I never knew that about the camera lens picking it up better.   :upvote:

Well stop doing it then.

Paddy McGuinness was better than I thought he'd be.  Although, the level of, er, potty mouthedness he stooped to made even me wince at times.

I've gone off him.   His un-funny jokes and exaggerated accent get on my wick.
I think it was that advert he does about 'Booking.com'  on telly that done it for me.

I've always thought he was lucky to be Peter Kay's mate.  Never found him very funny. I liked Phoenix nights though! Lots of WMCs were similar, and I've been to a fair few round the country when OH was working in them.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I have never been great fan of his but I did admire his bike ride for charity..
on a chopper bike..!!
I also noticed that he acknowledged the waving crowds.. and especially the children..
He doesn't see himself as someone 'up there'.. not at all cocky..
However, I have gone off Stephen Mulhern a bit.. He should have stayed away from presenting Dancing on Ice.. He just got it wrong..
And he should have stayed well away from the ghastly Holly Willoughby..
If a show she is in goes 'tits up' she (never) takes any blame.. Wouldn't like her at my back..

I agree with Scrumpy,  Stephen Mulhern didn't quite fit right on Dancing on Ice, did he.
I don't actually dislike him,  but he does bugger about nearly all the time now, instead of a bit of humour here and there.
I don't think him and Holly W.  'blended'  at all on that programme.
