Well, I ask you.  Mups, bless her heart, took her phone into Boots and asked them to develop the photos she'd taken. 😬😬😬

Yes she could but I couldn't tell her how to do that, I'm one of those who need to be shown not told, then I get it. I was first shown how to use the separate drive and I've done it that way ever since.
It's easy enough getting photos from the phone to the computer, but they don't all use the same way to set up, then it's simple just pull the pics over and pop them into a folder. I had quite a job last week doing this with my new phone, old one was a Huawei and new one a Samsung. But got it now. 

Yep.  I am exactly the same, Raven.   I learn better if I am shown first,  and jot things down to remind myself.
I have always been the same.
That is why I sometimes find Youtube helpful, because you get a demo.

I doubt my son would know,  he's not that good with computers,  and I have no grand children either.
Thanks for trying Raven, and Dex,  but I will have to wait until someone comes who might be able to help.

Ooh Raven,  I'm sorry,  but what a dreadful man!  

He speaks American for a start, and what with his accent and the speed he talks,  I can't follow his words at all.
He hardly pauses for breath,  really 'in your face'  type man,  and much too fast for me to learn anything.

I am really sorry,  I know you did your best. 

I will perhaps see if I can find anything on Samsung's website tomorrow.
