9 a.m.  and flippin' football's  on the telly already. 

It's usually the News, Weather, and Chat programmes first thing,  not flamin' football!
I loathe the noise of the crowds and the constant yelling and screaming,  and the commentator's voice getting more and more worked up till he is shouting too.

I will have to switch it off, and make another cuppa instead.
(Nothing like starting the day with a good moan, is there).
