Good genes needed to reach 100. No not Levi or Wranglers or even M&S. I doubt many spread them at that age though.

I hate any problems concerning leaks..
I returned home from work many years ago.. The winter was particularly severe.. Burst pipe in the bathroom.. Water dripping from kitchen ceiling.. Horrible..

A plumber came yesterday and said he'd fixed it, after taking off some tiles !  I had to sign a waiver because they don't 'make good'   I don't think it is fixed though so will have to get back on to them.

I'm just wondering what will be next, the car perhaps ?
