I fell asleep before 11 last night, rarely have an issue dropping off. Waking up at 5am isn't so great though!

I rarely have a problem getting to sleep but sometimes don't drop off again after a trip to the loo. If that drags on too long I watch a bit of Youtube on TV which gets me nodding.

legs really bad yesterday (much better today) triggered a fit of the 'Black Dog' as Churchill used to call it, and slept early from about 8 to 0630 - unheard of!

Scrumpy,  may I ask how old your boiler is please?
It's just that mine (a Vaillant) is now 17 years old, and I worry about how much longer it might last.

Mine is due for its service early December.  I think he charged me about  £85 last year.
