We had the letter a while back but has anyone had the actual payment yet?

I'm hoping mine turns up in November as advertised because they'll get over half back to pay my car tax. Hasn't arrived yet and the car tax hasn't been renewed yet either...

I  haven't received any payment concerning this..

I did receive 66 pounds (back) from my provider  end October. Paid into bank acc.
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

It's very different this year. I usually get my letter in October and 7 to 10 days later the money arrives. This year I only got the letter a few days ago, I've no idea when to expect the money. :waiting:

My car tax not paid yet either !  I've got the MOT on Thursday, so I'm waiting to see if it's a pass or a scrap.  My poor 17 year old girl is flagging a bit....

Sorry to hear that but it's a good move. No point losing a month of tax.

My MOT is due next month.. My motor is 22years old..
She is still , in my opinion, a lovely Peugeot 206..
So, what if she needs a face lift.. and she doesn't glide like she once did..!!  And does it really matter that her seats are not as firm as when she was young.!!
She is still a good ride.

They finally did fix cars. When I first had a car there were few that would get to 10 years old without failing their MOT through rust. 20 year old cars are pretty common these days and most still don't look bad.

I used to service mine before any long trip and carry a set of tools in the boot. There was about a 50% chance of needing them on a day out to the seaside from where I live.

You can claim unused months back. At least I think you can.

Yes, you can claim back any full month but not part of a month.
