Savings Stamps

Unfortunately savings stamps were discontinued in 2011 otherwise I would have asked for my £150 quid handout in stamps.

Mum collected Brooke Bond Divi Stamps .. I remember being allowed to remove the  (perforated) stamp from the packet of tea and sticking it in a card..
I think it was worth 5 bob when full..
I wish my Mum had lived long enough that I could spoil her ..
