Losing the plot..

I have a roast chicken in the oven .. the smell is divine..
I needed to turn the dish around.. I spent a while looking in the oven for it..
'Where the hell is it'.. !!
I had opened the door of the wrong oven...

and I was staring into space..

Surely I am not the only one who does these silly things.. !!

Not sure an air fryer would make a good job of it but a halogen cooker will. I doubt it would be cooler than an oven though.

Air Fryers are really good for chicken, really moist and not as hot or as expensive as having the ' big oven' on.
