Is It Just Me Or..

It's no big thing but I've become obsessed with it!    Whenever I hear a reporter doing a vox pop or outside broadcast, from wherever in the world, in the background one always hear the voice of a little girl, about 5 or 6 shouting at somebody about something or hectoring her friends in any and many languages.. What is it with little girls??.. Or is it just me?

Can't say I've noticed but you can bet I'll pay attention to the background noises now you've brought it up.
