As for the Islands and the airport, I have no idea why TwoTier should want to pay all that money out to retain the use of that air base, other than simple stupidity of course, as the prime users of it are the USAF.
If they want to retain it, let them pay for it.
As far as I know, we don't even have enough air force resources to use it anyway.
