Yes, absolutely.  You are quite correct.  The Palestine marches in Londonistan have been going on for a very long time.  On the other hand, as far as I know those marchers have not been 'getting physical', which may be why the police simply stood and watched.
Of course, I know full well that the past Conservative governments ever since 1990 have been equally as weak as our present 'leader', though in addition to that he has been trying to put in place some things which the Conservatives never sank as far to do.  Actually inviting in illegal immigrants and imposing additional fines of various sorts, for example.
