Mups I'm so sorry to hear of your horrid giddy episode, I had a couple of similar episodes at the start of the year, very scary, and eventually diagnosed as Labrynthitis which is a disorder of the inner ear. Something to do with crystals in the ear. 
I had exercises to do which helped.

Went out early to the shop today.. before breakfast.
 People were in the park walking dogs and jogging.. I couldn't believe the number of people with bare arms.. 
I wrote a list... and still missed one item out.. bugger.

Thanks Scrumps and Ruthio for your kind words.
I haven't felt too good since Tuesday,  with another awful attack on Wednesday.
My lovely Opticians phoned today to see how I was,   I thought that was very kind of them.

Been to GP today,  got some meds at last,  plus some exercises to do, so will see how it goes.  
I can't do any more yet, as everywhere is closed for  Easter until next Tuesday now.

Oh well - onwards and upwards as they say ey.
