The problem is that he looks more like a leader of an African nation than most leaders of an African nation do so people will assume that the UK isn't represented on the world stage.

Let's get one thing straight about Rayner, aka the Ginger Growler, she didn't make any mistakes, she gave false information to HMRC which is tax evasion & a criminal offence.

They wanted to put Ken Dodd in prison for much the same thing.

I'm keeping a close watch on Rightmove & Zoopla for a seafront flat for sale in Hove, 'Hardly used by the current, maybe or maybe not, occupier. It's easily identified by our For Sale sign or by the tax evasion graffiti'.

You forgot to mention the low, special rate, Stamp Duty.

Good point. 'A second home purchaser can buy it now with a low rate of Stamp Duty, for a limited time, while HMRC are distracted by dealing with the current owner'.

Exactly.  All one has to do is say one hasn't got a second home and all will be tickety booh.  If HMRC really are insistent on having the correct rate, then robbing money out of a disabled youngster's trust fund will more than cover it.

Why shouldn't HMRC insist on the correct Stamp Duty being paid. They won't be taking any money from the trust, the charge will be levied against Rayner &  how she obtains the £40,000 is nothing to do with them.

Of course it's right.  I was being facetious.
