I've been looking at the Labour cabinet and his advisers).  Who are these people?  Why has Starmer got two people at the top of the tree (Gray and Rayner), neither of which has any recorded evidence of being able to read a book/report and analyse it properly?  Not that a degree means much nowadays, but it it does mean one has dipped into the world of sprechen der lingo.

Why has Starmer got two people at the top of the tree (Gray and Rayner)

Rayner is at least an elected politician with all the required qualifications to be Deputy PM being as thick as two short planks. The other one got a higher paid job that Starmer by being the civil servant instrumental in destroying Johnson the Tory PM.
