To be fair Henning Wehn is very funny, his act is in English but I suppose that counts

Sorry, we have lots of German Comedians - however, our sense of humour is just very different from yours. 
Henning Wehn isn't popular here - never heard of him. 
Lately there's a French (speaking German) comedian ver popular, who is making fun of the Germans and their habits. Above all in the region where I live we have some habits no one  - even Germans living in other parts of Germany - can't understand. 
Comedians with Turkish roots are also on German TV. 
In fomer times Mr. Bean had lots of fans in Germany. 
To be true, it took me some time to understand your sense of humour which we call "black humour". Luckily I had some British friends who helped me.
