Today I learnt I was lookin old ...    ... I've noticed this a bit lately but not thought much about it until now. 
I'm waiting patiently to cross the road and motorists pull up, and wave me to cross. They're always doing it. Sometimes when I'm actually just stood there deliberating over something else. Sometimes I feel a little embarrassed.  
So today I asked Mr M if drivers did that for him and he said they didn't.
It must be how I stand, stooped, clutching my Asda shopping bag.

I had my covid jab yesterday, couldn't risk not, I've a dodgy lung. Feel a bit weird and my arm hurts. 😪

Meanwhile..first instant coffee drunk, now on second (made fresh in cafetière)

No more of them for me. I had a flu jab a week or so back.

I'm fine really, got up, took a painkiller and went to an exercise class. Just felt like a whinge earlier.  OH did bring me a cup of tea in bed. 😚.

I tend to take a shower quite a while after I leave the bed. There may or may not be a Yodel parcel arriving today (their tracking is crap). In the shower pretty much done and about to get out. Wait until you get to the stage of standing there.. looking to the left.. looking to the right...looking to the left.. looking to the right... road clear.. I'll just check again.. looking to the left.. looking to the right..  One car just in sight.. .. must let it pass by... looking to the left... looking to the right.. road clear... I'll just make sure.. loo

I've already done that ...   ... and add in ... can I make it across the road before that car gets here ... is it going too quick .. yes, I'll wait ... damn it there's a cyclist coming now and even he's pedalling quicker than I can walk.
