Saw the headline of Today's Mirror when I was at the shop. It said that he is under orders from The Queen and Charles to pay the woman.
As for a return to Royal Duties, Who would actually want him to be present at their Whatever?

After the Queen has gone I reckon he will find another country to retire to.. He will never be poor.. They , being royal, always have something of value to sell..
Neither Charles nor William will allow him to represent the royals..

He is an indulged royal.. Enough is enough.. He is NOT special and shouldn't behave like he is..
Many of the royals are hard working and are an asset to this country because of who they are.. He is not..
I am not a royalist.. I respect our Queen .. she must be admired for the way she has carried out her duties...  Unfortunately she has a spoiled brat who behaves like a child and hides behind his mother's skirt.. Off with his head..
