The good news is it doesn't look like it's immediate. It's 45 days from your letter and even then you'll be contacted with more detailed explanation on what to do.

The bad news is this third-party email they've farming you out to ... Junara.
I could have got it wrong but it looks like the first year is free, apart from the 99p transfer fee .... but after that it could be £60 a year for one email box.

I misread that when I first skimmed through it. I thought existing customers got it free but you are right it's only he first year.
