Maybe I should rephrase that. The very rich have accountants good enough that they are able to pay a far smaller percentage of their income than the average Joe on a high salary. Anybody on PAYE is pretty much hamstrung.

The prices shown in American shops don't include state sales tax. That would annoy me. I guess this is similar for menus. Maccy D's don't do that. It's a problem of being posh.

People who leave my front gate wide open,   even though I have a notice on it asking them to close the gate!
I worry about the dogs getting on to the road, just because some idiot can't be arsed to shut the gate behind them.
