So what you really  mean about 'all this anger'  is,  you don't mind in the least if you have to step into the road because a cyclist is on the pavement?
Or,  it doesn't bother you when you're driving if the prat in front of you decides to suddenly turn right with no warning?
Or selfish people having their music blaring so you can hear it 5 miles away?
Or you smile graciously when you step into a pile of dog poo which some lazy so-and-so couldn't be bothered to pick up?
Or you politely hold doors open for people who just walk through and ignore you as if you were the door man?

. . . .  plus all the other things others have mentioned which bug them?   
Well Mr. Dex,  you must be a truly divine being.  Carry on sprinkling your rose petals on your corn flakes and say a prayer for us lesser mortals please.

And while I'm at it,  I also hate to see people gobbing on the pavement as they walk along.

In some cases,  yes,  but  things like riding those electric bikes on pavements, and cars driving at speed and not signalling,  can cause accidents or even deaths,  so that is not quite in the same league as  yobs spitting on pavements or treading in dog muck, is it.

I never used to like Jeremy Clarkson,  Scrumps,  but after watching him on 'Who wants to be a Millionaire'  for a while,  I have come to quite like him after all.
Also seeing a picture of him cuddling a baby piglet on his farm, showed a softer side to him I thought.

I entirely agree with you about Danny Dyer though,  I  can't stand that foul-mouthed man and always switch him off if he comes on the telly.   It is not only his language,  its  his cocky attitude too.

And another thing.   Ringing a company up and find you are talking to a Bot!
Don't they have telephonists any more these days?
