IMO, If Harry has any sense he'll keep out of it, and say nothing.

When Charles dies it will be too late. He will only hurt his nephew William .
My thoughts too.. Nobody would want to read a book of nasty things written about someone who has died..
Spencer is getting in there before it is too late..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

I think it would be better still if all the Royals kept their mouth shut and then perhaps Earl Spencer will not get the publicity  (and money)  he seems to be aching for.

If he has so many grudges against the Royals,  he should have sorted it out with them years ago.   No need for a book on it.

Just been reading up on him on Wiki ...

In his memoir A Very Private School, published in March 2024, Spencer described the violent beatings, sexual abuse, "culture of cruelty", "hopelessness and abandonment", and the absence of affection he experienced at Maidwell Hall, one of England's most prestigious boarding schools.[6]

Seems as though he's ageing ungracefully.
Wasn't there a spate of autobiographies about 15 years ago of celebs describing their abusive upbringing.  Thought they'd gone out of vogue.  Seems that some of the Spencer hereditary line think there's still some mileage in it.

I can't see this ending well for the King, Spencer will get richer and the King?

I think the nasty words are more likely to be about someone who is still alive. Someone who was an utter shit.

People used to complain about the Royal Family being old fashioned and stuffy, they need to move with the times it was said. Guess What, they have. Rows, scandals, and rumours galore. Only difference IMO is most family's don't have the Media digging up dirt on them to spread and lie about, also the people (some) who work for them can't keep quiet and leak things to the Media. I would hate to have their lives.

What I meant was that Spencer is getting his book out now before Charles dies.. The public ( might) be angry if he chose to write about a person who can't answer back..
Spencer is riding on the band wagon..

You could well be correct.

If he's not careful, he'll soon be married to Meghan for his fifth spouse.  She'll be getting weak at the knees at the thought of of someone lashing out at the head of the RF.

I even wondered whether  the Earl himself is the one who is ill,   and that could be the reason he wants to get his book out now after all these years.

Whatever the reason,  it is causing much speculation everywhere,  which must be good news if you have a book you want to flog.
