Vandalism of national monuments

I don't understand it .
The man defended himself admitted he had painted the stature but said it wasn't a crime as he was 'sending a message'  to the government and used washable paint.
Singapore would have added a few extra strokes for this nonsense !

We can't have the whole world paint spraying our national monuments becaue they want to send a  message to the government ,( not even their government )

Try paint spraying a mosque with washable paint .

I have heard other cases like this where no-one is punished.  Not only our incompetent government, but our courts now seem to be heavily biased in favour of criminals who commit 'acceptable crimes'!

Or perhaps some biodegradable mixture. I'm sure farmers must have something suitable
