A pro-Palestine activist who vandalised Sir Winston Churchill's statue in Parliament Square has been found not guilty of criminal damage.

A disgraceful judgement .

So if you are pro pallie you can go and vandalise any of our national monument s after all the taxpayer will pay for the clean up .

I have heard of such poor judgments recently.
I don't know what is happening to our courts, or perhaps our judges, who make strange decisions.  In fact, I'm a little worried that such things crop up quite often recently.  Are legal consequences being changed, or is it a matter of the judiciary becoming more biased against our traditional beliefs and consequences to lawbreaking?

The jury agreed with the judge .
He did no damage they said (it only cost £7000 to clean )
