The end of the Cottage Garden

My garden is drying up again
I have been watering this morning .
I have taken to planting plants that are somewhat drought resistant but even they are not looking so happy .
It's said that climate change heralds the end of the traditional cottage garden .

My garden is slowly returning to a lush green due to the rain and all the dirty water pumped out of the pond filters

Well the lawn is getting a green tinge.

Grass greens up fast. The recreation ground across the road from me looked like straw and now despite little rain here looks entirely green from a distance.

As suggested I raked over all the dead stuff.. I have very little grass but it is turning green.. The White Clover seeds I scattered are growing in their hundreds.. I am looking forward to them fully grown..
