How do they do it?

I read that the medical advice once 999 is called is for a heart attack to chew on a 300mg aspirin. I decided to get a little metal holder to carry one or two that will fit on a keyring.

Price £2.41 sent by Evri. How do they manage that? Royal Mail post would be more than that. In the past before post prices went nuts there were things at 99p delivered.

I can see why RM moved over to sizing as well as weight though. I remember buying a big roll of bubble wrap dirt cheap. It was about 3 feet tall and 2 feet or more diameter and came at whatever their cheapest mail price was at the time

Not arrived yet. I'll give it a try when it turns up. It might be a silent one.
