Oh I am so sorry to hear  that .
Loved her singing Islands in the Sun with Kenny Rogers.
And her famous song ( among many ) 
" I will always love you " 
RIP Dolly 
A life well lived .

She wrote some great songs, for other people too.  RIP Dolly, with her hubby of 60 years now.

I heard about her death on the news today.   So sad isn't it.
I think I liked all her songs.

Muddy,  that was a lovely clip of her singing with Kenny Rogers,  thank you.
Kenny died 6 years ago too,  he was 81.    So handsome in that suit and bow tie wasn't he.

I was so surprised to hear the news this morning..

Some beautiful songs.. She never forgot her roots and where she came from..
She didn't get too big for her boots, like many others..
 May she rest peacefully.
