I watched a news clip from Cirencester where it's rumoured H & M will live.  I noticed the crowds in the street and at the local market were all white, not a head covering in sight. Curious, I Googled it and Cirencester has approximately 100 Muslims.

I live 8 miles from Cirencester and you are right it's a county town once called the capital of the Cotswolds . Laurence Llewellyn Boyen lives there  and Liam Gallagher has just bought a house nearby . No doubt there are loads of other weathly people there too ( they are not in my circle 😀) 
Has a polo club he will be able to join . His Auntie Anne is a bit close for comfort but there you go can't see her getting along with Megan .

I don't know where you are, but I have family in Cheshire East, there's a very low % of any ethnic minorities.  Even in Crewe which is the biggest town, there are few Muslims.

Gatley.  A small town just west of Cheadle.  The authorities now think it's part of the so-called 'Greater Manchester', but it is south of the river Mersey, so it's definitely in Cheshire (at least that's my considered opinion).
There are few 'ethnic majorities' here, though there is a very nice Indian lady consultant just across the road from us.  In fact, she has been involved with one of Marge's problems in the hospital (as an out patient).

There aren't the same issues with a few professionals in an area.  My son notices the differences from living in fairly rural Cheshire when he comes back to South Yorkshire.   He had a couple of Asian housemates when he was at uni in Huddersfield, he makes a cracking curry.  My closest friend's dad was African, it's not about colour or race, it's about behaviour and beliefs.
