: Iranian "asylum seeker" Mohammad Alizade, 32, has been jailed for 10 months for pulling his pants down and dragging an 18-year-old stranger into a bush in the quiet market town of Todmorden.

• Mohammad Alizade, 32, residing in Fern Street, Bradford, approached an 18-year-old in Todmorden.

• Whilst high on cocaine, he tried to pull the teenager into nearby bushes, then pulled down his own shorts and demanded a sex act.

• He was found guilty of sexual assault and exposure.

• Alizade was also sentenced for shoplifting, assaulting a shop security guard by trying to bite him, and possession of a knife.

• The offences were committed while he was already subject to a suspended prison sentence and a community order.

• Alizade had been committing offences between 2021 and 2026. He was given a 22-month suspended prison sentence for supplying Class A drugs in 2024, and was made subject of a community order later that year.

• Judge Ahmed Nadim said Alizade was being sentenced for offences committed on three separate occasions between December 2025 and June this year.

10 months didn't seem long for a repeat offender, he'd be out in 6 months the I noticed the judge's name.  They're not all bad, but do tend to look after heir own
