Just in case you have noticed  Alex has been absent from the forum for a short while..
She is a bit under the weather at the moment.. and is on medication for her ailments..
Nothing serious ... she is just taking a rest from us..
That is what she said to me this morning..
 
OR... She was doing a Charity Swim and got picked up with 500 others..
  I'm not too sure which one it is...

I'm going to start a campaign that once you hit 70 years of age, Steroids should be available for collection at the local post office - along with your pension.     I know they won't give you many for fear of long term problems like osteoporosis, high blood pressure, thin skin etc.... but at this age who cares anyway !
