Because the government doesn't want too.
It is determined to let loose rapists and murderers .
Why they want to destroy the country they rule is beyond me .

The petition has now reached 650,000 .
I wonder why everyone in the country doesn't sign it ?
We moan about the police but don't actually do things .
The police are not good but even if they are trying cases must be so demoralising .

There are a number of reasons, I believe.  Mainly, we don't have enough prisons for the number of criminals these days, many of which are people who should have been deported long ago because they have entered the country illegally.
Then there is the problem of the number of illegal limmigrants, many of whom naturally lead a life of crime.  The fact that we don't punish crime enough only encourages even more crime.
If Reform UK become our next government, and have the means to change the law, we can then deport all of our illegals.  Prisons will then have more free places and, assuming we have competent courts, there will be more meaningful consequences to crime and, of course, more money!  An early general election would be nice.

This is exceptional .
Andrew Harper died a horrible death he was only 28 just six weeks married ,all life ahead of him .
And those POS s who killed him sniggered and mocked the court as they were convicted .
They have shown not the least bit of remorse .
It woul be preferable if they never saw the light of day again but failing this it's an absolutely travesty of justice that they get away with a few paltry years for such a heinous crime .
Justice must not just be done it must be seen to be done .
