Let them ALL out..
Do away with Police and Courts.. That will free up a few bob to reconstruct Prisons ..Courts and police stations  into luxury apartments for our foreign visitors..

  Allow the Far Right Freedom of the City and Free to Roam... as others are..

  Give it a few months... sorted..

Empty most of the women's prisons, mainly nonviolent offenders in those, and magic up space for any men who are violent or sex offenders.  Sorted.

What happened to that floating ' hotel' we had which was to be used for illegals  ? we could fit 500 prisoners on that, out in the channel maybe
