If Harry is paying for a private security detail it will cost him in the region of $ 2mil a year if he is going for 24/7

Why on earth should the long suffering taxpayer pay for this ( multimillionaire) man's children ( who are amply provided with free security when they are in the royal residences ) when their own children have to take their chances on the streets .

He was offered Buckingham Palace for his stay , how much more secure can you get ?

Oh.. That is sad.. I never saw the post about her leaving..
 Everyone is entitled to their opinion.. Many a time it differs with another member..
 I don't recall anyone saying that they 'hated'  any child or parent..
  It is a shame that a member leaves because they do not agree with what is being discussed..

I did make my opinions clear... I will not pay any thing out of my meagre income  toward the security of someone who is worth millions and can pay their own..
He is a spoilt overpriviledged (child)...

That is so true and yet ........
Harry although not bright could have done good if not great  things .
Everyone needs a purpose in life especially the young and although he is not so young he still has time .
He can add nothing to America .
Americans don't like losers and he is to all intents and purposes a loser .
He is out of his sphere .
His sphere appeared to be taking to soldiers man to man and he seems  to have a good rapport with children .
So he could have ( within the RF ) dedicated himself to that ,visiting military establishments ,hospitals etc .
As did his mother .
Go and do some real charity work FGS get  down and dirty mop a floor or two .
Work with the homeless
( George Bush the ex president gets up in the morning and works in a shelter for the homeless .)

Or he could have gone to Africa a place he loves and lived in a mansion there ( at a fraction of the cost of Montecito ) of course he would need enhanced security there everyone does .
But he could have done something and established himself .
But Montecito ?
Like his great uncle before him - a lesson he surely should have learned from history.
 He has no job and therefore has a meaningless existence .
The late Duke of Windsor led a useless life with questionable people who fawned on him .
No one really wants an ex king .
Ex princes aren't so hot either
Running on the beach with the kids is only one factor in life not the meaning .
It's no fun if everyday is the same no matter how luxurious .

So embittered and angry he turns to litigation .
FTLOG has he no advisers ?
He has no idea of the law and is now in the deep do dah .

Better he go somewhere else and live a rural life raising cattle or crops or something .
He has nothing to offer tinsel town .
He has not made a great film or done anything of note .
He is boring and probably  bored out of his tree .

Unless something drastic happens he will remain an unhappy resentful individual .
Get a purpose in life man
Get a job.
