My oldest granddaughter is getting married in August this year and has asked me to be the Ring Bearer, a bit like Frodo I suppose, anyone clued up about the role and can share that with me?

My grandson was the ring bearer for my daughter, his aunt. He looked like a secret agent, dark glasses and a small locked case, he loved the look. He was about six though. 😉

Yep, but I gather the ring bearer carries it down the aisle to him, accompanied by the guests smiling at the ring bearer and saying " isn't he cute ."  Etc
