This awful heat

No rain forecast... still very warm.. Temp set to rise midweek..

I noticed there had been just a little drizzle when I woke up,  but it bright and sunny again now,  with a lovely refreshing breeze and a few dark clouds looming. 
I am really not looking forward to the heat returning after this weekend.   I've had more than enough.

I saw in this morning about the thousdands of people trying to leave France and Spain because of the terrible wild fires spreading,  but they are stuck in  huge queues at the ports.
Spain has now declared a National Emergency because of the fires near Madrid.

And another thing -  I wish our silly weather men wouldn't keep saying "Another warm day forecast,"    because it aint 'warm'  -  its flippin'  HOT.   They need to get out of their air-con  offices and experience what we lesser mortals have to!

I'm dreading another heatwave, I've just checked the forecast for here and it seems to be 28 degrees, so not as bad as last time, or the time before !

They are forecasting over 30 degs again here.

30 degrees forecast for Wednesday, the hottest day.  My son and family came back from Spain yesterday, they were so happy to have an air conditioned villa, it was absolutely scorching 🥵
