As long as it doesn't frighten the horses who cares ?

If I did that, it would frighten me,  let alone the horses.

Another very hot day forecast.

Another hot day coming.
Marge and I just sit naked in the house.  No-one's looking.
Unfortunately, though, yesterday the window cleaner came at exactly 9am.  He rang the bell and I knew I had to get to the door toot sweet or he'd be gone.  Underpants quickly on and went to let him know we're here and OK to clean the windows.
He didn't turn a hair.  He's probably already encountered several other people in a state of undress.

The poor animals left without water or shade.. So sad..
I make sure the birds have plenty of water for bathing and drinking.. I also put water out for the creatures that are at ground level.. I put pebbles in the water so the flying creatures can settle on a stone in order to get a drink..

I do exactly the same 🙂 I have 2 dishes out, 1 for bathing and drinking and one shallow one with a yellow bee platform. Yesterday the water had to be refreshed several times as it got too warm IMO.

In the house, I have a couple of loose dresses, no bra needed.  Not sure I'd go out in public without one now, wouldn't be the same as back in the era of women's lib!  I may have done in the 1976 heatwave ☺️

I went to the supermarket first thing again today.  A/C in the car, under cover parking, and I lingered by the freezer cabinets for a while.  Heaven.  First lot of washing is dried and put away, so at least the heat is good for something!

I've been sat `tackle out` for a couple of days now (in my lounge I hasten to add) but it's still too warm. Luckily, I have a cooling fan blowing over me, so that helps.

Well - that was an adventure -  Needed to go to the Post Office - set off in sunshine. Half way to the 'bus stop, the heavens opened - torrential rain, thunder and lightning. Fortunately it was only sheet lightning, had Thor been flinging fork lightning about the place I would have stayed on the 'bus and ended up goodness knows where. Arrived home eventually - in watery sunshine - and soaked to the skin!
I reckon that Cat was out last night doing a rain dance.
