Just out of curiosity, I was wondering how we all got our usernames.
Mine is easy, Raven was my hair color before it started to change.

Mine was an error. 

I was born in 1949 and remembered the old song that went  I was a miner a forty-niner and chose klondike. Trouble is it was the California gold rush in 1849.

I wanted another name I had before but I did the registration wrong and it wouldn't let me try again ☹️
So picked one near to it .
My children used to love playing in the Mud when they were little .

[Silver Tabby]

I was nicknamed Tabby at primary school because of my hair.  When I was little it was more or less fair, as I grew older it turned auburn - during the transition it was a bit stripey - like a tabby cat, and I have vivid green eyes.   Now I am ancient, it has turned pure white - hence Silver Tabby.

'Mups'   was my first ever Bedlington,  who I loved dearly, and she lived to 16 & half.
Liffey now,  is my old Mups granddaughter,  and the last of my line.  She is 14 now.

I was undecided with either Conan the Librarian or Vlad the Inhaler...I chose Vlad the Inhaler, a nod to my murky past with wacky baccy. I then found it was too long for most sites, hence Vlad.
