The things I miss ..

Having a cup of tea brought to me in bed in the mornings..
Doing a crossword together .. A walk in the park..
 Simple things.. Hearing the front door open and know it's not a burglar.. Lifting the heavy things..

Someone to ask when I'm not sure what to do

Most of all I miss my daily walks with Dageus. Along with his company almost 24/7.

I have been on my own for over 20 years now,  so I guess I'm used to it.   
My dogs are good company,  they  don't argue,  are always pleased to see me, show a lot of love,  and give me reason to keep going. 

Occasionally I have thought it would be nice to have someone to discuss worries with,  and help with things I can't do,  but as for a cup of tea brought to me in bed,  I can't remember anyone ever doing that for me.
