It's a lovely day here in Northumberland, it's 18 °C, sunny, and my windows are open. 
My carer tells me that there are a lot of people out and about in this small town.

Enjoy your heatwave, we're not getting one, might reach 17c if we're lucky. But it's to be overcast with showers.

Really warm now, i've been at the charity shop this morning, they have the aircon on now. Last week it was the heating!  Washing on line, will sit in garden after lunch.
