I agree.  I don't understand how he/she can fulfil student visa conditions and those of a MSP?  I'm appalled, but not surprised that he/she was selected as a candidate.    is happening, not just in Scotland, but across the UK!  The Greens in Gorton issued their campaign statement in Urdu.   IMO anyone making a life here needs to understand the English language, or get someone who can translate to explain.

Apparently this was investigate by the appropriate body who said (paraphrasing) that being an MSP  snot regarded as being employed!
