Just about everyone wants to stop benefits for "asylum seekers "
It's a subject that makes everyone angry as boatload after boatload of young men arrive in our country for the British taxpayer to support .
Rachel Reeves may be useless but how can any country budget with this ever increasing drain on its finances ?
But if the U.K. stopped benefits for " asylum seekers " aka illegal immigrants what would they do ?
Would this not become the nightmare scenario of gangs of young men robbing shops and homes in order to survive ?

We already have this in abundance.. Nothing new there..
The whole country has gone to pot.. 

I pay for everything that I pick up in a shop.. I wouldn't dream of stealing.. (other than a pick-a-mix).
Some people have no care about stealing from others..

On the tv the other day I saw a seagull walk into a local shop .. pick up a packet of crisps and calmly stroll out again..  He has become a local celebrity and  has been given a name ..

Reform already have that covered. Straight into detention camps. Set up in Green voting constituencies obviously.

Yes.  This should have been done years ago, but Labour will never do it so they have three more years of freedom.

No point worrying about something out of your control imo. Labour could go sooner. Whenever they go the economy is going to be on its knees either because they've had another 3 years to screw things up or because they've exceeded themselves and we are off to the IMF for a bale out (again and for the same reason).

What we have to hope is that assuming we do get a Reform government their lack of experience running the country doesn't stop them in their tracks. We will need to get out of the mess. Labour has never been an answer. The last set of Tories did little better and the LibDems seem to think being mediocre at It's a Knockout performances by that clown whose name I don't even recall are the way forward. No wonder they all wanted the EU - that way they could blame somebody else.

Hah,  yes I've seen that bird too.   Made me laugh.

The kids in our village school are not allowed to eat anything outside, being so close to the ocean there is an abundance of seagulls. They were sitting on the roof waiting on the kids coming out for break then attacking for the crisps and sweets. One 6 year old was taken to hospital in Wick as the gull landed on her shoulder and bit her face n neck trying to get her playpiece, it then turned on the adult who was trying to get it off.
I loathe those bloody birds, they have very little fear and far to much entitlement. Some of the bigger gull breeds are huge up close.
BUT, it's our own fault for feeding them in the first place turning them into thieves over the years. A lot of cafes now have big notices at the outside tables saying not to feed them, doesn't stop the damn things landing on the tables though. The rangers will stop tourists feeding them if they are seen.
I bet most of the gulls here have never tasted a freshly caught fish in their lives, to busy stealing human food.
