Lavender is another plant  that doesnt grow well in my garden ..
I think a plant has to like where it's at .
When you find that place it grows well .

I downloaded your plant app Klondike, will give it a go. 

I find it excellent for identifying wild plants. Much nicer to know they aren't just weeds

That's exactly it and why many wild flowers appear in clumps then maybe not seen again for miles. Others aren't so picky of course.

They look nice big Lavenders, Raven.

I had three,  2 purple and a white,  but the white one died.
