Remember to put them forward? I always feel disoriented for a few days after the change, anyone else have the same feeling?
Thank you for the days, the days you gave me

It takes me about six months to get used to the time and then they change it back.

Every year we have this discussion but why don't we just leave them the same all year round. If half the country objects to keeping summer time then why don't we keep GMT, which is the natural time, all year round? Do the arguments made for daylight saving, that were made between 1906 and 1916 when the act was passed, still apply?

I am an hour behind.. I woke up later... It takes my body clock a few days to get settled..
I'm sure it didn't affect me when I was doing the rounds and getting in later...
It seems to be as I have gotten older..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

I'm not sure it makes any difference what time I go to bed or get up. I do end up following the clock to an extent but for the most part the actual time is unimportant to me.

It doesn't really bother me. I'd prefer we didn't have to change them though, it such a pain with the cooker and the car.  :busted:

I always have problems when the clock changes - on the other side I enjoy it when it stays light longer as I am no early bird.
