They are talking about them on the radio..
Do you have them in your garden..?
Do you have loads of statues and gimmicky stuff in your garden.. ?
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

No gnomes, a few random coloured lights, and some small metal ladybirds on the trellis. 🤣
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I still have a couple of old gnomes,  but I am going to send them up to Scrumpy for rep-painting.

I also have  a couple white Doves,  a broken Frog,   a huge Toad who sits by my front door,  and two Kingfishers hanging on short chains on the front of the shed.  -  oh, and a Mere cat sitting in a rose tub.

I also have quite a tall stone statue out the front of a cloth-capped old chap and his dog, and on a little plaque near his shins it says -  'The dog won't hurt you,  but beware of the dogs owner.'

Over the years, when I have lost one of my precious dogs, I have always bought an evergreen shrub of some kind, usually Rhododenderons or Camelias.  When they flower every year I think of my dog.
In each of these tubs full of flowers, I have a little plaque of slate which simply says . . . "Miss You"
written on it.

Interesting what people have in their gardens..
I have a homemade signpost in my front garden with pointers showing the mileage of different places around the world.. All in different colours.. One points upwards.. it reads  NEVERLAND Second star on the right.
I have two (happy) scarecrows that lean over the decking railings.. Fred and Ethel...
I put them out in the summer time.. They cheer me up..

No Gnomes here, an old big heavy statue of an Old English Sheepdog, a duck, a family of Tortoise's and several painted stones that I did a few years ago. Finally my big fancy tub that's full of water, it's got a solar fountain floating in it that lights up at night if it's had enough sun through the day, along with some artificial water lilies.
I like the sound of your signpost Scrumpy it made me visualise the one at John o Groats somehow.

No Gnomes for me and what a strange word it is too !    I've got metal owls that I bring inside in winter, I give them a lick of paint in spring and put them back out.  I fancy having one of those solar water features though, I'll have a look on Temu

klondike

Probably be a one season jobby from Temu.
